When Wayne Gretzky was collecting Stanley Cups and scoring records for the Edmonton Oilers like they were promotional fast food giveaways, he had help from two key Finnish sources. The first was his immensely talented teammates Jarri Kurri and Esa Tikkanen, the second was the Titan model hockey stick, manufactured by, you guessed it, Karhu’s hockey division.
